Indianic was contracted direct to defence for the recovery of 600km of 42m double armoured communications cable to. Contract incorporated:
- Project management
- Mobilisation of 72m DP2 vessel and sea fastening to ABS Class
- The procurement of the hydraulic and winching recovery equipment
- Provision of the deck and equipment operators and maintainers
- Demobilisation of the vessel
- Processing of the cable into 4m lengths for recycling
